The booking platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) pays out your revenues directly to you, according to its own payout schedule. Your bank account is linked directly to the platform, and we do not intervene in payment processing. This ensures you maintain full control over your revenues.

Is it possible to use the property for personal use?

Yes. Your property remains entirely yours, and we do not restrict your personal use, provided existing regulations and active guest bookings are respected. Simply notify us, and we will block off your preferred dates in the calendar.

Is a CITQ registration number mandatory, and what support is provided to obtain it?

Yes. In Quebec, registration with the CITQ is mandatory for short-term rentals (fewer than 32 nights). We verify applicable regulations, assist you in obtaining your registration certificate, and handle ongoing renewal tracking.
